From the President’s Desk

In my Journey as an Interior Designer, I realize that we have a rich cultural heritage that we have inherited from our forefathers in the area of Art & Culture. We have beautiful crafts in the form of Art & Performing Arts in the different parts of our country. Unfortunately, these are not recognized & appreciated the way they need to be. We must take great pride in our inheritance & create awareness so that we are able to showcase these crafts and arts to the rest of the world. As the President of The Guild of Designers & Artists (The GDA), it is my endeavor to create opportunities through various mediums to be able to showcase this rich cultural heritage Nationally &Internationally. I am sure that with the collaboration with well-distinguished Professionals in the field of Art and Design we will be able to take this whole mission to the next level.

An important agenda of The GDA is also to engage with Young Designers in India who are high on creativity & have a modern outlook, to give them a platform so that they are able to showcase their talent in India & Abroad.

I look forward to your cooperation and your support in all the endeavors of The Guild of Designers & Artists. Your participation in the activities of the society will add a lot of value & also help in achieving its goal.
