National architecture and interior design competitions play a critical role in recognising excellence and encouraging innovation within the design profession. They offer a credible platform for architects and interior designers from across the country to present work rooted in sustainability, contextual thinking, and contemporary practice.

As part of the GLITZ Architecture & Interiors Awards, a distinguished jury comprising senior professionals, including Ms. Lipika Sud, President of the Guild of Designers & Artists, ( VISHAL name the other jury members- discuss this with me) evaluated a wide range of submissions from across India. The entries reflected strong design maturity, with notable participation from not only metropolitan centres but also Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, highlighting the growing depth of India’s design talent.

The awards ceremony, held subsequently in Ranchi, brought together senior architects, designers, and emerging professionals, creating a vibrant forum for recognition, dialogue, and exchange. Initiatives such as the GLITZ Architecture & Interiors Awards continue to strengthen India’s design ecosystem by celebrating excellence and fostering inclusive growth across regions.
